Liv Mari describes herself as curious and purposeful – and it shows. From an early age, she learned, including through cross-country skiing, what it means to knuckle down and put in what it takes to succeed. She has brought that drive into a career marked by development, change, and results.

Liv Mari's journey started with a strong desire to deliver – herself. But it was only when she started working as an interim manager that she truly discovered how powerful it is to achieve results together with others. For her, leadership is about lifting people, building teams and celebrating what has been achieved – together. It is in the interaction with others that she truly thrives.
Varied background, consistent direction
She has a degree in economics, marketing and management from BI, with a specialization in market-oriented leadership, change management and logistics. The broad education has given her insight into the entire value chain – which characterizes her approach as a leader.
Her career began in the sports industry, in an environment where she had to prove herself – and she did. Three years later, she had the best results in the company. She then became a central part of building up SATS, and has been involved in launching and managing companies in everything from the hairdressing and flower industry to telecom and construction.
She clears the way – and builds.
Liv Mari is known for taking charge. She is often referred to as "the one who cleans up", but what she actually does is build structure, direction and momentum in companies where change is needed.
As an interim manager, she has elevated over 10 businesses from loss to profit. At Nikita Gruppen, she turned around results in regions that were in crisis. At Håndverksgruppen, she helped triple turnover and grow from 20 to 43 member companies. At Telia, she developed both sales training and systems that supported efficient operations.

Solution-oriented – and gets started quickly.
Liv Mari spends the first week of a new assignment talking to as many people as possible. She picks up on how the organization works – both on and below the surface. She believes the answers often already lie with the employees – it's just a matter of bringing them out.
With great execution skills and high relational competence, she gets people on board. She knows that resistance often stems from uncertainty – and uses communication, involvement and trust to create security and progress.
